  • What is the Fight Club?
    The Flight Club is the RED ī membership and loyalty program. In addition to earning points (miles) for every $1 spent, members receive access to exclusive content and special offers throughout the year, complimentary VIP upgrades for all events, and an invitation to our Discord community.
  • How do I join the Flight Club?
    Sign up on www.redicg.com.
  • Where can I purchase RED ī products?
    Right Here of Course! Shop 'Our Terminal' and get it right to your door. If you're located in Chicago! Check out our ‘Where We Are’ to cop at a smoke shop near you. You can also place wholesale orders. Complete our request form here!
  • Can I change my order after purchasing?
    No, you cannot. Please make sure to verify your order before you purchase or cancel your order and place a new one.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You have the opportunity to cancel your order until shipping information is sent out. But why would you want to do that?
  • Can I return my products?
    For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.
